Electricians – Rochester, Kent.

4Site Recruitment are currently seeking on behalf of our client experienced Gold card Electricians to join a long-term commercial to residential conversion project in the Rochester area.

Project Overview:
Conversion of an existing commercial building into 102 residential units, with commercial/business spaces, retained education/community areas, plus associated works including car parking, external alterations, and solar panel installation.

• Start Date: 02/03/2026

• Duration: Ongoing (approx. 14 months)

• Hours: 8am–5pm (9 hours paid)

• Rate: £240–£250 per day, dependent on experience

• Location: Rochester, Kent. (site based near Chatham station)

• Requirements: ECS Gold Card (mandatory), Minimum 5 years experience, able to provide 2 recent references.

Duties:
Full electrical install from 1st fix through to 2nd fix on a large scale M&E commercial project. Candidates must be confident across all aspects of install work and have a strong commercial installations.
