Project Manager – High-End Residential Refurbishment (Kensington / Chelsea, London)
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 DOE
Type: Perm

An established high-end residential contractor is urgently seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full responsibility for a £6m luxury refurbishment project in Chelsea.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will have full responsibility for project delivery from pre-construction through to completion. This includes managing design coordination, procurement, programme and quality.
• You will lead an experienced QS and Senior Site Manager on site and act as the main point of contact for the client and consultants.
• You will be responsible for producing and managing programmes using ASTA and ensuring contractual and commercial compliance throughout the build.

Required Experience:

• You must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager on high-end residential refurbishment projects and a proven track record delivering schemes valued at £5m+.
• You should be confident using ASTA for programming and have a strong eye for detail and quality.
• You will need good process, contractual and commercial awareness.
• A trade background is not essential, but you must be comfortable taking ownership of a complex refurbishment project and managing senior site and commercial staff.

Interview Process:

• Three-stage interview process consisting of an informal interview, a technical interview and a site-based interview.
