Job Title: High-End Resi - Site Manager

Start Date: March 2026

Duration: 6 months

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Rate: £275 - £300+ per day DOE

Type: Contract (CIS)

Location: Central London, Kensington 

Role: 4Site Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager for a high-end residential project in Central London.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, and manage day-to-day site operations

• Coordinate subcontractors and workforce on site

• Monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met

• Ensure quality of work meets project specifications

• Manage health and safety compliance on site

• Liaise with client, project manager, and design teams

• Track materials, deliveries, and site resources

• Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently

Requirements:

• Experience working on high-end residential projects Previous experience working on £1-2 Million+ Projects

• Experience with luxury refurbishments, extensions, or new builds

• 5+ years in a similar Site Manager role

• Knowledge of residential construction processes and finishes

• Health and Safety awareness

• Reliable and punctual

Essential Qualifications / Tickets:

• SMSTS

• CSCS

• First Aid at Work
