Project Manager / Contracts Manager
Location: Streatham (Projects across South West London)
Start: ASAP (before 17th May)

We are currently working with a growing residential refurbishment contractor delivering works for the London Borough of Wandsworth, and they are looking to bring on a Project Manager / Contracts Manager on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is a hands-on role overseeing multiple live sites across SW London, with a strong pipeline of both small and larger-scale residential refurbishment projects.

The Role:
You will be responsible for managing several projects at once, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish. This includes coordinating site teams, liaising with subcontractors and office staff, and keeping projects on programme and within budget.

Project Details:

• Residential refurbishment and social housing works
• External decorations and repairs
• Void refurbishments
• Extensions and loft conversions with full M&E
• Project values ranging from £25k to £250k

What they’re looking for:

• Experience delivering residential projects up to £500k
• Ideally trade background
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Basic IT skills (Excel)

Location & Working Setup:

• Office based in Streatham
• Projects across South West London
• Site and office presence required
