Fire Alarm Engineer - Electrically biased

Location: East London (Canning Town, Wapping, Canary Wharf) + occasional South West London
Salary: £46,000 – £52,000 (depending on experience and capabilities)
Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 17:00
• Friday: 07:30 – 16:00

Position Overview

4Site are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in fire alarm systems, including installation and/or maintenance. Experience with AOV (Automatic Opening Vent) systems is highly desirable, although training courses may be provided where necessary.

In addition to fire and AOV systems, there may be opportunities to work on access control and intercom systems for candidates with the relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Fire alarm system servicing (PPM)
• AOV system servicing
• Access control and intercom servicing (where applicable)
• Carrying out remedial works across all systems
• Fault finding and diagnostics on fire alarms, AOVs, and associated systems

Requirements

• Proven experience with fire alarm systems (installation and/or maintenance)
• AOV experience preferred (training available if required)
• Ability to fault find and carry out remedial works
• Experience with access control and intercom systems is an advantage
• Willingness to travel across East London and occasionally South West London
