Location: Central London (Green Park station) 
Duration: Initial 2-Month Contract (Potential for Ongoing Work)
Rate: £18/h CIS paid 9 hours / day 
Hours: 8am-6pm

We are currently recruiting 2 Demolition Operatives for an immediate start on a project involving demolition works adjacent to listed buildings. Due to the nature of the works, a valid CCDO Card is essential.

This is initially a 2-month contract, with the possibility of further work upon successful completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demolition of internal partitions and non-structural elements
• Demolition and removal of chimney breasts
• Carrying out demolition works to the rear of the property in preparation for concrete infill works
• Safe segregation, handling and disposal of demolition materials
• Working closely with site management to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Following all site health and safety procedures and demolition method statements

Requirements:

• Valid CCDO Card (Essential)
• Previous demolition experience on commercial and/or residential projects
• Good understanding of demolition health and safety procedures
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Desirable:

• Additional demolition qualifications
• Plant tickets and relevant site certifications
