Painters:
- Experienced painters and decorators with a high standard of workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CSCS card preferred

Supervisors :
This is a hands-on supervisory role. You will be responsible for managing painting and decorating works on site while also being expected to carry out decoration works yourself when required. The ideal candidate will be confident supervising a team, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and leading by example on the tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising painting and decorating teams on high-end residential and commercial projects
- Organising daily work and ensuring projects remain on schedule
- Checking the quality of workmanship and maintaining high finishing standards
- Coordinating with site management and other trades
- Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained
- Carrying out hands-on painting and decorating works when required
- Supporting the team and helping resolve issues on site
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Painting Supervisor, Decorating Supervisor, or Senior Painter/Decorator
- Strong experience in high-end residential and/or commercial decorating
- Excellent knowledge of painting and decorating techniques and finishes
- Ability to supervise a team while remaining hands-on
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- CSCS card preferred
