We are currently recruiting for 10 Skilled Labourers to join a long-term project in Guildford town centre, carrying out strip-out and light demolition works.

The work is scheduled to commence in early August — this is not an immediate start. Candidates are encouraged to apply now to secure their position ahead of the project start date.

Duties

• General strip-out works
• Light demolition
• Removing fixtures, fittings and materials
• Manual handling and site clearance
• Supporting trades and site teams as required

Requirements

• CSCS card required
• Basic DBS check required
• Previous experience in strip-out, demolition or general construction labouring
• Good attitude and reliability
• Full right to work in the UK
