Project Manager – CAT A / Shell & Core Commercial Projects
Location: Projects across London
Salary: £90,000 – £110,000 + package
Start Date: Flexible

We are working with a well-established and highly respected contractor to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver large-scale CAT A and Shell & Core commercial projects across London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of secured work, delivering high-quality schemes for leading developers and end clients.

The Role:
You will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of CAT A and Shell & Core projects, managing programmes, budgets, and site teams from pre-construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of CAT A and Shell & Core commercial projects from inception to handover
• Manage site teams including Site Managers, subcontractors, and consultants
• Oversee programme, cost control, and quality assurance
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
• Drive health & safety and ensure compliance across all project stages

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering CAT A and/or Shell & Core commercial projects as a Project Manager
• Strong track record on large-scale commercial schemes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex programmes
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (preferred)
