Senior Estimator – Super Prime Residential

Location: South West London
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience + package

An opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join an established contractor delivering some of London's most prestigious super prime residential projects.

Having worked with this business for a number of years, 4Site Recruitment is pleased to be supporting them with this appointment.

This is a key role within the pre-construction team, taking tenders from initial review through to contract award. The business is looking for someone who knows the super prime residential market, understands the commercial detail behind a tender and can confidently manage the process from start to finish.

Contracts experience is essential. You'll need to be comfortable reviewing contract documentation, identifying risks and exclusions, and ensuring every tender is commercially sound.

What they're looking for:

• A strong track record as a Senior Estimator within construction.

• Experience pricing super prime or high-end residential projects.

• Solid experience reviewing construction contracts and identifying commercial risks.

• Good knowledge of tendering, cost planning, subcontractor packages and procurement.

• The ability to run tenders independently and work closely with commercial and pre-construction teams.

• A sharp eye for detail and a commercially minded approach.
