Quantity Surveyor – Retail Fit-Out

Location: Farringdon, London
Salary: £60,000–£65,000 + package

An opportunity to join an established contractor working with some of the UK's biggest retail names.

4Site Recruitment is representing an established fit-out contractor delivering retail projects for major clients.

They're looking for a Quantity Surveyor with retail fit-out experience to join a team of five, with plans to grow further. This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who knows their numbers, takes ownership of their work and can keep projects commercially on track.

You'll be involved in the day-to-day commercial management of projects, with a strong focus on CVRs, cost reporting and keeping a close eye on project performance. 

They're looking for someone proactive who gets things done, works well with the wider team and takes pride in their work.

What they're looking for:

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within retail fit-out.

• Experience with COINS (preferred)

• Strong commercial knowledge, including CVRs and cost reporting.

• Experience working for a main contractor or subcontractor.

• A proactive approach, with the ability to manage workload and take ownership of commercial responsibilities.

• Someone professional, switched-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What's on offer:

• £60,000–£65,000 + package.

• Hybrid working, typically three days in the main office and two days from home, with site attendance depending on project requirements.
