Senior Site Manager

Location: London based projects
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 DOE

The Opportunity

4Site are working with a family run high-end resi main contractor looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee projects across London. Projects typically range from £2m to £8m and often involve significant structural elements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Senior Site Manager with strong construction knowledge, ideally from a trade background, who can take ownership of site operations and drive projects through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations and managing site teams.

• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site resources.

• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

• Managing and monitoring project programmes and reporting progress to senior management.

• Overseeing structural works and coordinating multiple trades.

• Managing site documentation, RAMS, toolbox talks and site inspections.

• Identifying and resolving site issues to maintain programme.

• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or an experienced Site Manager ready to step up.

• Strong construction background, ideally with experience delivering projects between £2m and £8m.

• Experience overseeing structural elements and associated construction works.

• Ideally from a trade background.

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.

• Strong subcontractor management and organisational skills.

• Ability to drive programmes and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
