4Site are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a high-end residential new build valued at £1-2m in Surrey. The project is already underway and is due to run for another 9–10 months, providing an excellent opportunity to oversee the continued delivery of this residential project to the highest standards as the number one on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site activities, ensuring smooth operations and coordination between subcontractors and site teams.
• Enforce health and safety standards and ensure compliance across the site.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules to meet project objectives.
• Act as a key liaison with clients and stakeholders, maintaining clear and professional communication.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing single dwelling high-end residential new builds
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding quality and attention to detail
• Must have proven experience of being number one on site
