4Site is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a client-side consultancy, delivering luxurious, high-end residential projects. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, working directly with prestigious clients and design teams to ensure every detail is meticulously executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project delivery, from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Act as the primary client liaison, providing expert advice and maintaining strong, professional relationships.
• Coordinate and manage design teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and oversee project programmes, monitoring progress and addressing risks or delays effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to monitor quality and address any challenges promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing high-end residential or luxury projects, ideally within a consultancy environment.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and manage expectations effectively.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts (e.g., JCT), and project management principles.
• Professional qualifications such as MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and reporting systems.
