4Site are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a leading high-end residential main contractor based in West London. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial aspects of super prime residential refurbishments valued up to £20m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and procurement schedules
• Ensure contractual compliance and handle contract administration
• Oversee valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Provide regular financial reports and monitor project progress
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve best value
• Support decision-making with accurate cost assessments

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a high-end residential refurbishment main contractor
• Strong knowledge of procurement, contracts, and cost management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
