We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing costs, contracts, and project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis and prepare cost estimates.
• Oversee contract negotiations and management.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Monitor project progress and assess risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Provide financial reports and updates to stakeholders.
