Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage high-end residential projects from conception to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress and manage risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management within the high-end residential sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Relevant certifications are advantageous.
