4Site are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with 3-4 years of experience to join our client based in Orpington. The role will involve both office and site work, with most projects based in Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing 1-2 projects at a time, with project values ranging from £100k to £2m.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in residential, fit-out, healthcare, or education projects
• Knowledge of quantity surveying practices
• Able to work in Orpington and travel to Central London
• A good fit with the team and company culture

Projects:

• Residential
• Schools (window and door replacements)
• Potential healthcare projects

You will be working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor, Senior Estimator, and Contracts Manager.
