A leading Commercial and residential fit out company are looking for a Document Controller/Administrator to join them fulltime in their head office in Uxbridge. There projects can range from refurbishment projects such as corporate headquarters, local authorities, hospital wards and educational facilities, through to contemporary west end homes; for tenants wishing to add a touch of elegance and luxury to already impressive living spaces.
As a Document Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and organized management of project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise systems to manage and control all project-related documents, including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain an organised and easily accessible document repository.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure the timely distribution and receipt of documents.
- Monitor document revisions and maintain version control.
- Support project managers in maintaining compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Assist in preparing and updating project progress reports.
- Assist with any additional document control tasks as needed to support project success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations is a plus.
