4Site are currently seeking a Working Foreman to join our client's team on a temporary basis in Central London. Our client, a specialist in high-end residential refurbishments, has an exciting project that will run until January 2025. This role offers a blend of responsibilities, including managing an onsite team, directing subcontractors, overseeing health and safety, and getting hands-on with the work.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who excels in delivering high-quality work. For the right candidate, there is potential for ongoing work on future projects.

What we're looking for:

• A strong carpentry background
• Proven experience in high-end residential projects
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Your own set of tools
• Fluent English
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems
• CSCS & First Aid certification (preferred, but not essential)
• Immediate availability
