4Site Recruitment is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our client’s team near the Swindon area for an exciting project scheduled to run for the next 2 years.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Experience managing a team of 8-10+ tradespeople
• A hands-on attitude and willingness to get involved
• Strong communication skills
• High-end residential construction experience
• A team-oriented approach
• Availability to start immediately

Preferred qualifications:

• Manual Handling certification
• Asbestos Awareness certification
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification
• A valid driver’s license
