4Site is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client in South London, a specialist in high-end residential developments with projects valued up to £8 million.
Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-end residential projects. Your primary focus will be ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires effective team management, client communication, and collaboration with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all work complies with building regulations and health and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve any issues.
- Manage project budgets and control costs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Provide leadership and support to project teams.
Essential Requirements:
- Prior experience in the high-end residential construction industry
- Proficiency in creating and managing valuation documents
- Prior sole responsibility of the profiitability of a project
