Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Uphold strict adherence to health and safety regulations, fostering a safe working environment for all team members.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A minimum of three years of experience in high-end residential construction.
• A strong trade background with a thorough understanding of construction processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, with confidence in liaising with clients and stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications, including SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS.
