4Site is looking for an experienced Site Manager with M&E expertise to join our client based in central London. Our client focuses on high-end residential refurbishment and restoration projects, with budgets typically up to £4 million. They seek a Site Manager with either academic qualifications in M&E or hands-on M&E experience to support their internal and external refurbishment projects. UK construction industry experience is required.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Demonstrated experience in residential refurbishment or restoration projects
• M&E expertise through trade work, academic background, or on-site experience
• UK construction industry experience
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
