Our client, renowned for delivering bespoke residential and commercial projects across Central London is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing team.

Role Overview: 

Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, the Business Development Manager will be a pivotal force in propelling their business forward. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with an extensive network and a proven track record in the high-end residential construction industry. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to shape and implement strategic initiatives, leveraging their expertise and contacts to secure new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the high-end residential construction market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, designers, developers, and private clients.
• Create and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the high-end residential construction sector.
• Extensive network of contacts within the industry.
• Strong understanding of the high-end residential construction market and project lifecycles.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and securing business opportunities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
