4Site is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our client in Central London. Specialising in luxurious residential developments, our client handles projects valued up to £12 million, delivering exceptional quality and attention to detail.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-end residential projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will be crucial in managing teams, liaising with clients, and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve project success.

• Lead and manage high-end residential projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards, and quality assurance.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage project budgets, control costs, and report on financial performance.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their vision and requirements are met.
• Mentor and support junior project managers and team members.
