4Site is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our client based in Kent.

Our client is a main contractor specialising in internal and external refurbishment projects within London and the Home Counties. They undertake projects ranging in value from £10k to £4 million, always prioritising quality and building long-lasting relationships throughout the process. They have built an excellent reputation in the industry and have seen a consistent pipeline of projects. With multiple projects currently running and more to come, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team and hit the ground running.

The ideal candidate for this role will:
• Have minimum three years’ experience in high-end/prime residential refurbishments
• Have experience working on projects £3m or above in value
• Be highly numerate and computer literate
• Understand building legislation, building materials, and design
