4Site are looking for a strong Site Manager with M&E experience to join our client based in central London. Our client specialises in high end residential refurbishment and restoration projects valued up to £4m. They are looking for a Site Manager with either a study background in M&E or M&E work experience through a trade to hit the ground running in assisting with their internal and external refurbishment projects. Experience working in the UK construction industry is a must.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in residential refurbishment or restoration projects
• M&E experience either through trade/study background or on-site
• Construction experience in the UK
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
