4Site are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our client in Central London.

Our client is a main contractor who have several high-end residential refurbishment projects running at any one time, typically valued between £10-£20m. They are seeking a Senior Site Manager with a background in carpentry as well as longevity with previous employers. This is fantastic opportunity to lead high-quality projects and be instrumental in ensuring their successful completion.

The ideal candidate:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Site Manager in high end residential refurbishments
• Strong background in carpentry
• Proven experience in managing sub-contractors effectively as number one on site
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Client facing experience
• Proficient in MS Project, Asta and Procore
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are a must
