Our client is a main contractor specializing in prime residential refurbishments throughout the UK. Their projects which are based London wide and outer London range in project value from £250k to £10m. They are a dynamic team with a strong emphasis on culture and growth with all their employees which can be seen in their low level of turnover.

The ideal candidate for this role will:
• Have a minimum of three years of prime residential refurbishment experience
• Have a trade background
• Be detailed and organised
• Great communication skills and confident speaking with clients
• SMSTS, First aid, and CSCS are a must
