4Site are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-end residential refurbishment project in South East London valued at £2 million. A background in carpentry is ideal with four years of Site Management experience. Having strong skills in managing sub-contractors is a must as well as a genuine passion for the job. This is fantastic opportunity to lead a high quality project and be instrumental in ensuring its successful completion.

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Site Manager in high end residential refurbishments
• Strong background in carpentry
• Proven experience in managing sub-contractors effectively
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are a must
