4Site is looking for a Contracts Manager with experience in the residential sector to join our client based in Central London.

Established for over 10 years, our client completes refurbishments on residential, heritage, and commercial spaces throughout London, and is looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to help with the smooth running of multiple projects.

The job will involve overseeing 3-4 projects including internal works & external works, decorations, and scaffolding, ensuring jobs are kept on programme, and capturing any variations and general issues. The projects are typically valued up to £3m. 

The ideal person will have relevant construction experience either from a professionally trained or trade background, be well versed in health and safety on site and have a solid understanding of building materials and labour pricing. This role will be client-facing, requiring someone with solid communication skills both verbal and written.

The position will come with plenty of support at the start as this is a key role and the client wants to attract someone with a long-term view that can make it a success.
