4Site are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client based in London.

Our client is a main contractor specialising in high-end residential refurbishments throughout London. They are known for their high standard of work and excellent company processes which have led to regular repeat business from their clientele. Their projects vary in value up to £8m and take place throughout prestigious areas of London.

With ambitious plans for the future and consistent growth over the past couple of years, they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and hit the ground running. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans for projects
• Conducting detailed quantity take-offs and material procurement
• Evaluating subcontractor tenders and managing subcontractor contracts
• Monitoring project costs and financial progress, identifying potential cost overruns or savings
• Assisting in the preparation of project progress reports for clients and senior management
• Collaborating with the project team

The ideal candidate for the role will:

• Have minimum 5 years experience in high-end/prime residential refurbishments
• Have experience working on projects £4m or above in value
• Be highly numerate and computer literate
• Have an understanding of building legislation, building materials, and design
