4Site are seeking a Senior Site Manager with experience in the high-end residential sector to join our client based in London. A trade background is essential in leading a prestigious residential refurbishment project valued at £5 million in one of London's most sought-after locations. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a significant construction project and play a key role in its successful completion.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Site Manager or similar role in residential construction, preferably on high-value projects
• Background in carpentry or related trades is advantageous
• Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, regulations, and best practices
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS required
