4Site Recruitment is looking for a Finishing Foreman or Finishing Site Manager for our client, a high-end residential main contractor, to provide holiday cover for the final stage of a luxury refurbishment project.

The Role:

• Oversee the final 4-6 weeks of a high-end residential project nearing completion.
• Ensure all finishing trades deliver work to the highest standards.
• Manage quality control, snagging, and final inspections.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to complete last-stage decorative and finishing tasks.
• Report to the Project Manager and ensure all work stays on schedule.
• Hands-on approach, focusing on attention to detail and problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Finishing Foreman or Site Manager role.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to check quality and standards.
• Ability to manage finishing trades effectively and push the project to completion.
• CSCS Card & First Aid Certification
• High-end residential experience is a plus, but not essential.
• Trade background preferred, but not required.
