£10m super prime residential project designed by renound arcitects in South West London looking for industry best Senior Quantity Surveyor to head commercial responsbilities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone farmiliar with London's high end residenital sector to take commercial lead on a landmark project, while also supporting several smaller, high-spec residential schemes across London.

Responsibilities:

• Take full commercial responsibility for a £10m high-end residential development

• Manage multiple smaller residential projects alongside the flagship scheme

• Oversee procurement, cost planning, and subcontractor packages

• Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, and detailed cost reports

• Handle valuations, variations, and final accounts

• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams

• Ensure adherence to contract terms and project timelines

• Provide commercial reporting and updates to senior leadership

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the residential construction sector

• Proven experience on high-end or prime residential projects (preferably in London)

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (or equivalent experience)

• In-depth understanding of JCT contracts

• Strong negotiation, financial, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially astute
