We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Professional & Technical team and pick up a warm desk, with jobs ready to fill. Are you someone who knows their way around the white-collar side of construction or property recruitment, loves building strong relationships, and wants to be part of a business that’s genuinely people-first?

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be running your own warm desk that billed over £180k this year - covering professional and technical roles across the construction sector (think project managers, estimators and planners). 
You’ll handle the full 360 process: developing clients, sourcing top-tier candidates, and closing deals that make everyone happy.

But this isn’t just another KPI-chasing agency job. We’re serious about quality, collaboration and balance. That means:

• Taking ownership of your market and your numbers — typically billing £150–200k a year

• Working closely with clients to deliver proper recruitment solutions (not just CVs)

• Helping shape how we do things — mentoring newer consultants, sharing ideas, and contributing to how we grow as a business

• Having the time and headspace to do your job well — not burning out

• A service driven recruiter who deliveres value to our clients and candidates

• Confident communicator — you know how to influence, negotiate, and handle challenges calmly

• Someone who’s commercially smart and enjoys solving problems, not just filling jobs

• Solid CRM discipline (Bullhorn experience’s a plus)

Progression

You’ll have the choice to grow towards either a Principal Consultant route (specialising in commercial activities and winning business) or a Team Leader path (mentoring and developing others). We’ll tailor your development plan to get you there.
