Site Manager – High-End Residential

4Site are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client, a dynamic top-tier main contractor specialising in high-end residential single-dwelling refurbishments up to £15M.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring smooth workflow and quality control.

• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.

• Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.

• Maintain strong communication with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.

• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce best practices for site safety and efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience working for a main contractor on high-end residential, bespoke or luxury projects.

• Valid SMSTS and First Aid certification.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage site operations efficiently.

• Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality standards.

• Ability to oversee subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure timely project delivery.
