We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a well-established high-end residential main contractor. Specialising in luxury refurbishments, they are looking for a commercially astute QS who can confidently lead cost management from tender through to completion across multiple projects.

The Role:

• Full cost management responsibility across multiple high-end residential projects
• Managing procurement, valuations, variations, and cost control
• Overseeing subcontractor relationships and contract negotiations
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Collaborating closely with senior management and site teams

What We're Looking For:

• A seasoned QS with a strong track record in cost management and commercial leadership
• JCT contract experience is essential
• High-end residential experience is preferred but not essential
• Proficiency in Bluebeam & Excel
• Extensive UK experience managing the full project lifecycle
