We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead luxury residential refurbishment projects for a well-established high-end main contractor. Specialising in refurbishments valued up to £20m, this role is perfect for someone with a strong background in high-end residential projects and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of site management for complex, high-value residential refurbishments.
• Lead and coordinate all on-site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Ensure the delivery of projects to the highest quality, within budget, and on schedule.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients, stakeholders, and the project team.
• Implement and enforce rigorous health and safety protocols.
• Resolve challenges proactively while maintaining progress and quality standards.
