4Site are looking for a Pre-Construction manager to join our client based in West London. 

Our client is a specialist in prime residential refurbishments throughout London. They have been established for over ten years and have created a brand known for excellence within the construction industry. With project values varying up to £10m, they have several live projects and a strong pipeline for the year to come. 

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

• Project evaluation & initiation
• Budgeting & cost estimation
• Compliance and Health & Safety Management 
• Contract negotiation
• Design coordination
• Project Tracking and Management

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven Project Management skills across high-end residential projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
• Strong problem solving ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project
