Project Details:

• Duration: Approximately 20 weeks

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and manage the commercial office refurbishment, ensuring timely and high-quality completion

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by actively participating in general tidying up and site cleanliness

• Demonstrate a willingness to get hands dirty, contributing to labor tasks when necessary

• Window replacements and reclad/façade works

Requirements: 

• SMSTS 

• First Aid Certification

• PASMA 

• Asbestos Awareness

• Fire Marshall Certification
